Cancellation and Refund Policy
At LAIPA, we understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, you may need to cancel your membership or seek a refund. We have established this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds. Please read the following information carefully.
Membership Cancellation:
- Cancellation Period: Members can request a cancellation of their LAIPA membership within 14 days of joining. A full refund of the membership fee will be provided during this period.
- Beyond the Cancellation Period: If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial 14 days, we are unable to provide a refund for the current membership term. However, your membership will not be renewed automatically, and you will not incur any further charges.
Event and Workshop Refunds:
- Refund Requests: Refund requests for LAIPA events and workshops will be honored if submitted up to 7 days before the event or workshop’s scheduled date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Canceled Events: In the event that LAIPA cancels an event or workshop, a full refund will be automatically issued to all registered participants.
Special Cases:
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you believe you have exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
